Today’s posting will be about Seoul’s hottest landmark architectures.
<Urban Hive>
The building is made out of 70 M high concrete with 3371 circles which resembles the bee hive. Located near the Kybo Tower in Kangnam-Gu. The creative korean architecture, Kim In Chul created this magnificent building. It also has won the 27th Seoul Architecture Award.
<GT Tower>
Many people call this building S-Line Building because it has a curved surface. This building is located near the Gangnam Station. This unique building consist of 2300 different exterior glasses that make the S-Line Shape.
<S-trenue>
Ladder? X? Yes. The building looks like a ladder as well as the letter X. Like the Buildings shown above, this building is also very futuristic. From 1F-14F it is both 4 and 8 degrees. However, from 16F-36F, it is 11 degrees creating a letter X. It also awarded a “Good Design Award.”The building is located in Yeoeui-do, Seoul.
<Boutique Monaco>
This building is located two blocks away from the GT Tower shown above. It seems as if the empty square pieces of the building have been sliced by a knife. The usage of this building is mostly for resident but also for office. Both Boutique Monaco and S-trenue is designed by a korean Architecture Cho Min Suk. According to the German Museum, this building has won the top 5 buildings in the world.
